  • Asssociate Professor Candidates from NAFOLs networking institutions
  • NAFOL alumni
  • Two PhD student from each of our international network institutions
  • Other doctoral students

Do I have to pay anything?

NAFOL will cover conference-, travel- and accommodation costs for the following participants:

  • NAFOL student
  • NAFOL cohort coordinator
  • Invited speaker
  • NAFOL alumni
  • NAFOL steering board
  • NAFOL Supervisor
  • Two invited PhD candidates from international cooperating research institutions

For the following participants NAFOL will only cover conference costs and meals:

Deadline for registration: 20 August 2018

Please note: Registration is binding, and any cancellation later than 14 days (5 October) before the conference carries a cancellation fee.

Please note that your registration for participation is binding, and a fee will apply for cancellation as of September 21, 30 days prior to the conference.

Important dates

Deadline for submission of proposals: 25 May 2018
Notice of acceptance: 20 August 2018
Deadline for registration: (will open later) 20 August 2018
Deadline for extended abstract for The NAFOL year book: 15 January 2019

Language

The conference language is English, and all proposals and presentations must be in English.
